Overview
The Mercenary Board connects faction leaders who need additional firepower with individual players available for hire. Leaders post contracts; players browse and accept jobs.
The board has five tabs:

|---|---|
| Marketplace | All members — browse active contracts |
| Post a Contract | Faction leaders — post a new contract with target, reward, and conditions |
| My Contracts | Leaders — track contracts you've posted and their fulfilment status |
| My Jobs | Members — track contracts you've accepted and your progress |
| Ledger | Brokers only — full audit log for dispute resolution and payout verification |
