OC (Organised Crime)
FreeLive tracking and planning for your faction's organised crimes.
Overview
The OC page has four tabs: Active, History, Analytics, and Simulator. Crime data is collected every 15 minutes.
Active Tab
Lists all live organised crimes with their current status:

| Slots | Members assigned to each slot, their CPR, and item requirements |
| Ready At | When the crime can be executed |
| Status | Recruiting, Planning, Ready, or Executed |
CPR (Crime Planning Rating) is specific to each crime and role combination — it is not a global member skill. A member may have high CPR for one crime and low CPR for another. The displayed CPR reflects the assigned member's actual CPR for that specific crime and role.
For filled slots with an item requirement, the is_available flag indicates whether the assigned member currently has the required item in their inventory.
History Tab
Completed crimes with outcome (Success/Fail), respect earned, and per-member participation. Crimes are retained for 30 days.
Analytics Tab
Aggregate statistics across completed crimes: success rate, average respect per crime, total crimes by difficulty, and per-member participation counts.
Simulator Tab
Plan future OC placements using the OC Simulator.
Standard mode: assigns members to maximise expected value (EV) regardless of CPR level.
CPR-Band mode: restricts eligible members to those within a configurable CPR range. Use the dual-thumb slider to set a minimum and maximum CPR. The planner fills slots in-band first using max bipartite matching. When a crime cannot be fully staffed in-band, it falls back to the closest available member above the band — never below.
Spawn Plan: generates a faction-wide unique-member assignment across all available crimes. Each member is placed at most once; highest-EV crime is filled first. The plan updates automatically as you adjust the CPR band.
Members without a personal API key show "—" for CPR.
