What is FactionOps?
FactionOps is a faction management dashboard for Torn, a browser-based crime RPG. It aggregates data across your faction members — energy usage, gym output, battle stat gains, war activity, chain performance, and organised crime planning — into a single interface built for officers who need faction-wide visibility and members who want to track their own contribution.
What FactionOps Tracks
- Energy & gym output — per-member energy snapshots every minute, gym contributor deltas, battle stat gains
- War operations — dibs board, live roster (hospitalised/travelling/OK), fight factor estimates, activity timeline
- Chains — hit counts, respect earned, member contribution breakdowns
- Organised crime — live crimes with CPR, ready-at countdowns, and an OC Simulator for planning future placements
- Armory — current inventory across all item categories, with loan tracking
- Discord automation — banking requests, member verification, OC role sync, retaliation alerts, war and chain announcements
Who It's For
Faction members use FactionOps to monitor their own stats, see where they rank in gym output and chain contribution, and check their current OC placement.
Faction officers and leaders use it to track the whole roster — who's active, who's hospitalised, timezone coverage, and who's in what OC slot — and to configure Discord automations that keep the faction informed without manual posting.
The Personal API Key Model
Torn's API does not permit reading another member's energy bars — only a member's own key can retrieve their own bars. FactionOps uses each member's personal Torn API key to collect their individual data. The more members who log in and supply their key, the more complete the faction picture becomes.
Fight Factor Estimates
Fight Factor (FF) estimates for war targets are sourced from FFScouter using a pool of AA members' FFScouter keys stored server-side. Individual members do not need their own FFScouter account — the pool covers the whole faction.
